Where Superfeelers Find Support + Connection+ Healing
ARE YOU A SUPERFEELER?
Ever been told you're "too sensitive" or "too emotional"? Made to feel like your feelings are somehow too big, too much, too inconvenient for the people around you? Me too, and I have good news:
They were wrong.
And you are not alone.
Harvard professor, Doctor of Psychology, and my direct trainer and supervisor, Dr. Jonathan Entis, once explained to me the concept of what I now call a SuperFeeler. SuperFeelers feel more, feel deeper, and feel more frequently. Just like a chef can taste flavours a normal palate would miss, the SuperFeeler is sensitive to the emotions of the world within and around them. And just as we would never ask a chef to numb their palate — we should never ask a SuperFeeler to hide their emotions.
Your emotions are not a flaw to fix. They are a rare and sacred gift. And in a world increasingly obsessed with AI, productivity, and financial success that quietly asks you to numb out and keep up, the world needs SuperFeelers now more than ever.
You are not too much. You are not broken. In fact, you are a rare gem — and you just need the right support to show it. That's exactly why I created this space.
Are you ready to stop hiding and start being proud that you, my dear, are a SuperFeeler?
"I really appreciate how Katie takes time with the details and sets the tone and environment before we begin.
Her presentations and grounding exercises are incredibly supportive and make it easy to settle in and get present with the work."

"I came in quiet. I'd been carrying some grief and honestly wasn't sure I had anything to give that day. The minute I started writing, something shifted — I got out of my head and into my heart. By the time the call was over, I felt genuine relief. Like the weight on my shoulders had moved. I didn't expect that. But I needed it. If you've been holding something heavy, this is a really good place to put it down for a little while."
— Cherie
HERE'S WHAT CHANGES WHEN YOU STOP DOING IT ALONE
When you have the right support — professional guidance and a community of people who genuinely get it — everything shifts. You move from shame and isolation into confidence and connection. You finally have the confidence to stop hiding your feelings and let them be the superpower they are — a compass towards a life that feels free and authentically you. No more hiding.
This isn't just a community. It's the space where Superfeelers come to heal, grow, and finally feel at home in who they are.
A healed and empowered SuperFeeler doesn't just change their own life…they also give permission for others to fully and freely be themselves too— and that ripple effect is the most beautiful and powerful gift we can offer to ourselves, to each other, and to the world.
That’s The Contemplating Community
The Shift That's Waiting For You
Hiding your emotions → Expressing yourself freely and confidently without fear
Telling yourself you shouldn't feel this way → Knowing what you're feeling and taking care of your emotional needs
Journaling alone or not at all → Writing consistently and in a safe community
Too scared to share your feelings → Confident in your feelings and self advocacy
Feeling ashamed and isolated → Proud to be one of many SuperFeelers
Scattered and struggling to cope → Clear, grounded and guided by your own inner compass
Going it alone → Supported, inspired and empowered by people who truly get it
WHAT'S INSIDE
Three live group calls a month that get you connected and supported as a SuperFeeler. From expressive writing to group coaching, you just need to show up. Each call Katie guides you from tense, scattered, and disconnected to relaxed, clear, and confident in your next steps.
"I've tried journaling alone. It's not the same. There's something about being witnessed that makes the words go deeper."
— Anonymous
"Katie isn't just organizing a writing workshop — she's building a community where you come together with others to share your journeys and realize that even in our most messy, raw, honest moments, we are never truly alone."
— Daniel Cuesta, Writer, Traveller, Dancer
WEEK 1
We WritE. We Heal.
Guided Expressive
Writing Circle
A guided expressive writing circle facilitated by Katie every month. This is the heart of the community — a safe, supported space to put your truth on the page and finally be witnessed in it.
WEEK 2
The Silent Session
Unguided Co-writing
A co-writing and journaling experience where we show up together in comfortable silence. No pressure, no performance — just you, your journal, and a community holding space alongside you.
WEEK 3
We’ve Got You
Group Coaching Call
A group support call with Katie & members, for the questions you're sitting with, the wins you want to celebrate, and the hard things you need to say out loud. Can't make it live? The community continues the conversation between sessions — because support doesn't stop when the call ends.
WEEK 4
rest & Integration
*Aka, let it sink in
Every cycle ends with an intentional pause. No sessions, no to-do list — just space to rest, reflect, and let everything you've been learning and feeling settle in.
ongoing
Private online GRoup
anytime support *
Think of it as a private Facebook group — but 10,000x better. Circle is where the magic happens between our calls. Connect with fellow SuperFeelers, share your writing, ask for support, and check in with people who actually get it — any time you need it.
*not crisis support
From the moment we started talking, Katie created a space where I felt completely comfortable being honest, vulnerable, and myself. She doesn't tell you what to think — instead she gently helps you find your own clarity through thoughtful questions, empathy, and genuine care. Every conversation leaves me feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a better understanding of myself. One of the most valuable things I've learned is that talking isn't just about organizing your thoughts — it's also an important part of healing."

For 20 years, writing was my most honest relationship — and my most private one. As a secret journaler who struggled with imposter syndrome, I never dared share a word. Now I have a blog and a poetry book (yours free when you join my newsletter) — and I built an entire community around the belief that your words deserve to be witnessed.

For most of my life I was a repressed artist — convinced I wasn't creative, and my own harshest critic when it came to anything I made. What changed everything was giving myself permission to express rather than suppress. Now, whether I'm dancing, painting, writing a poem, or piecing together a collage, expressive art is how I process, connect, and find meaning — and an non-negotiable part of how I manage my own mental health. Turns out, I was never uncreative. I was just bottling it all in.

From selling jewellery (instead of going right into uni), to founding my own private psychotherapy practice for 6 years, to nowbuilding ContemplatingKatie — I've always been someone who’s created my own path. My latest creation is a postcard mail club that blends my writing, my art, and my love of making people feel seen (more Info coming soon).
